The General Assembly is conducting high-level meetings on the World Summit on Information Technology (WSIS) from December 14-17, 2015to provide perspectives on issues concerning ICT development applications, the digital divide, Internet governance, human rights, terrorism, and security. The opening session panelists are:

HE Günther H. Oettinger, European Commissioner for Digital Economy & Society
Mitchell Baker, Chair of Mozilla Foundation
HE Siyabonga Cwele, Minister of Telecommunications and Postal Services, South Africa
IFFAMPAC has been invited to attend and participant in these high–level meetings. IFFAMPAC will provide guidance on behalf of families of the missing on how critical information concerning their missing loved ones must be made available to them by all sources in timely fashion, and with protection to the families to obtain and implement this information to find their missing family members to obtain closure. This is a matter of basic human rights that must be implemented in actual society as well as virtual society.
