Rockford, Illinois—IFFAMPAC wishes to express its support for the families suffering from the earthquake that occurred on February 27 in Chile. The world must join hands once again, as they joined hands for Haiti, and support the Chileans and the countries affected by the resulting tsunami.
Over the next several days, many families will be re-united and will joyfully hug their missing loved ones. But many others will cope for days or longer, not knowing whether their families are alive. The world must stand behind these families and offer encouragement and seek to resolve the status of every missing person in the wake of the earthquake.
Once again, the international community will prove that devastation can be overcome if they work together.
